The Maglite Solitaire torch is the smallest and lightest of the Maglite family. It is less than an ounce in weight and only three inches in length. It has a rugged, machined aluminum construction with knurled design and it uses only a single AAA battery. The focusing beam is surprisingly bright for such a small light.
A spare Solitaire bulb is included in the tail cap along with a battery and a sturdy key lead which facilitates the use of the key and lightbeam in the same direction. It is also ideal for a key chain or purse and it is water and shock resistant.
